Dubai-Mubasher: Amlak Finance lowered the foreign ownership ratio from 49% to 40%, according to a bourse statement.
The new ratio is deemed effective as of 21 April.
The company’s stock declined 0.6% after generating AED 31.6 million from the exchange of 19 million shares through 266 transactions.
