Dubai – Mubasher: Amlak Finance Company announced on Thursday that it sold its full stake in education investment firm Madaares, which amounts to 15 million shares.
The company said that its shares were sold at higher price levels than their par value, but did not disclose the value of the deal.
Amlak’s stock rose 0.6% in today’s trading, as 15 million shares were traded through 319 transactions with a turnover of AED 24.4 million ($6.64 million).
