Mubasher: The main index of the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) ended Thursday’s session rising by 0.1% or 2.17 points to the level of 2,171.44 points.
Trading volume increased to 7.6 million shares from 5.9 million shares exchanged on Wednesday, turnover also rose to JOD 7.7 million from JOD 5.1 million.
The financial and services sectors rose by 0.22% and 0.21% respectively, while the industrial sector declined 0.35%.
Arab Aluminum Industry topped the red list after falling by 5.79%, while Al Amal Financial Investment led gainers with a growth of 6.94%.
Arab Bank was the largest-traded stock with a volume of 605,540 shares, whereas Al Amal Financial Investment made the highest turnover of JOD 455,590.
