Mubasher: The Amman Stock Exchange’s main index moved up 0.25% or 5.32 points to the level of 2,121.58 points.
Trading value came to JOD 235.7 million through 4,370 trades on 36.7 million shares, versus JOD 22.9 million yesterday.
Financial and services sectors rose 0.35% and 0.18% respectively, while industrial fell 0.15%.
The index was supported by the rising of 52 shares, out of 133, while 38 others closed down.
Jordan Hotels and Middle East Specialized Cables topped the gainers with 7.44% and 7.14% respectively, while Al- Sharq Investments Projects led the losers with 5%, followed by Comprehensive Multiple Project with the same percentage.
The main index leapt yesterday by 1.51% or 31.4 points to 2,116.26 points.
