Riyadh – Mubasher: Anaam International Holding Group has announced the decrease of its accumulated losses to 0% of the company’s capital.
This comes following the group recent capital reduction from SAR 196 million to SAR 15 million to offset accumulated losses.
The capital cut reduced the number of shares from 19.6 million shares to 1.5 million shares.
The company’s board currently plans a SAR 90 million capital hike.
