Riyadh – Mubasher: Anaam Holding said on Tuesday that it will postpone submitting the portfolio of capital increase through rights issue shares to the Capital Markets Authority till the stability of the share's price.
The company's decision came after the present reduction of shares' prices, adding that the portfolio will be updated and submitted to CMA again according to the required regulatory procedures, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Anaam's board proposed on 29 October increasing its capital through rights issue shares at a value of SAR 110 million, to implement its future plans and projects.
The company's current capital totals SAR 196 million, distributed over 19.6 million shares at a par value of SAR 10.
