Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait's Aayan Real Estate said that its 99% subsidiary Anan Real Estate sold properties for trading purposes at a total value of KWD 7.25 million.
The company posted profits of KWD 730,500 from the sale which will be recorded in the first quarter's earnings, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Earlier, Aayan announced receiving KWD 750,000 as a result of a legal dispute, as Anan won a legal resolution against Bawabit Amlak Al Khaleej Real Estate Company obligating the latter to pay KWD 1.25 million.
