Riyadh - Mubasher: Anmaat Technology Company has finalized its SAR 314.50 million deal with Saudi Energy Company for the modernization and expansion of end-user computing hardware.
The agreement, signed on 15 June, follows a previous project award announcement and is set to span a two-year period, covering all of the energy firm’s operational regions within Saudi Arabia.
This partnership tasks Anmat Technology with a wide-ranging scope of technical services, including the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and upgrading of end-user devices. The hardware rollout will include desktop computers, laptops, integrated devices, workstations, and interactive screens, among other essential IT equipment.
Beyond the delivery of new hardware, the contract involves the systematic replacement of obsolete devices and the implementation of asset management services.
These activities are designed to align with the specific technical requirements and procedural standards established by the Saudi Energy Company. By upgrading its end-user infrastructure, the energy company aims to enhance operational efficiency across its nationwide business units.
While the estimated total value is SAR 314.50 million, the actual expenditure will be determined by the volume of purchase orders issued by Saudi Energy throughout the contract term. This flexibility allows the project to scale according to the specific hardware needs of the energy firm’s various departments and regions.
Anmat Technology expects the contract to have a positive impact on its financial performance, with revenue recognition projected to begin in the third quarter (Q3) of 2026. The company further noted that the agreement involves no related parties, confirming that the contract was negotiated under standard commercial terms.
