Dubai - Mubasher: Damac is developing a new project under the Trump brand, according to the company’s senior vice president, Niall McLoughlin.
McLoughlin told Mubasher that Trump World Golf Club is currently under construction and set to be opened early 2018.
On Saturday, Damac opened the Trump International Golf Club Dubai at DAMAC Hills in Dubai.
The opening ceremony was attended by Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., the sons of US President Donald Trump.
It was the first addition to the Trump business empire since his inauguration as president in January.
McLoughlin revealed that renowned golfer, Tiger Woods, has designed the court of the new project.
The Trump World Golf Club will be located in Akoya Oxygen, Damac’s 55 million square metre project.
Last month in his first press conference as president, Trump stressed that he refused a $2 billion business deal in Dubai, which he said was offered to him by Damac’s chairman Hussain Sajwani.
