Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties announced that it will hand over two residential projects in 2017.
The company added in a statement that it made a steady progress in implementing all its developmental and residential projects.
Aldar noted that the construction works of the two projects of Yas Island’s Ansam and Al Raha Beach’s Al Hadeel are moving closer towards completion and it is expected that they will be delivered in 2017.
The statement added that expansion work of Al Jimi Mall is continued, and the project is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2018.
The firm said that it has completed the establishment works for the flipping of the East Wing’s travellator, adding to excavation work, reinforced concrete footings, and shoring and piling work in the first and second construction zone.
