Cairo – Mubasher: David Chi, Vice-President and General Manager of Apache Egypt, revealed that the company’s investments in oil sector in Egypt exceeded $1 billion in 2018.
Potential oil discoveries in the Mediterranean Sea and Western Desert will play an important role in Egypt’s output of oil, Chi told Middle East News Agency (MENA) on Thursday.
Apache's investments in Egypt currently are valued at $12 billion in 23 concessions of which 20 are producing oil.
