Dubai – Mubasher: Apartment prices in the emirate of Dubai rose 7% year-on-year, a study by Beyoot, a real estate search engine, said on Monday.
The study said that apartments are the most searched kind on the search engine, as it constitutes 66% of related total searches in 2015.
Villas came second with 27% of the total searches on real estate in Dubai.
Real estate deals in the emirate recorded $18.64 billion in the first 53 days in 2016.
