Kuwait – Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunications (ZAIN) said Wednesday that the appeal court rejected an appeal and affirmed judgment in the lawsuit filed by the company against the undersecretary of the finance ministry.
Zain said the refusal has not any financial impact on the company, according to a bourse filing.
