Riyadh-Mubasher: A committee should be established under the umbrella of High Commission for the Development of Makkah, to review the property appraisal documents in Makkah, said real estate expert Yousef Al-Ahmadi.
The finance ministry does not pay compensation for the property owner unless the certificate is completed, Al-Ahmadi told Makkah newspaper.
