Mubasher: Aqar Real Estate Investments has signed a contract to sell its 35% stake in an associate.
The exit deal is worth KWD 3.09 million, Aqar said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Following this deal, a profit of nearly KWD 581,070 will be realised in the income statements of the fourth quarter of 2017.
