Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Cotton Ginning said Tuesday that the company’s restructuring study is expected to be completed within 6-9 months, according to a bourse a filing.
Both Zaky Hashem & Partners Law Firm and Sherif Dabbous’ accounting office will be responsible for the case study and the required procedures for financial, administrative and organizational restructuring, the company added.
Earlier, the company addressed some consultants to make their proposals for developing its untapped assets and real estate investments into a separate company for real estate development.
During the first nine months of 2015/16, the company turned a profit after registering EGP 20.7 million consolidated profits.
