Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Cotton Ginning said Sunday that it has postponed its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) due to the lack of quorum, said a bourse filling.
The EGM was due to be held last Thursday, 2 February, to discuss splitting the company into two firms.
The company did not set an alternative date for the EGM.
