Cairo – Mubasher: The stock of Arab Cotton Ginning posted the highest level since 21 October, 2014 with turnover reaching EGP 37.6 million.
After 7.6 million shares were traded on Sunday, the stock rose by 6.35% to reach EGP 4.86 by 10:59am Cairo time.
The company clarified that the nominal value of the stock will be modified based on the transferred assets; thus, in the new company, each shareholder will own the same number of shares they used to own in the old company, according to a bourse filing issue don Sunday.
