Cairo–Mubasher: Arab Cotton Ginning plans to restructure the financial, administrative, and organizational framework of the company and some subsidiaries.
On Sunday, the company has addressed some consultants to make their proposals for developing its untapped assets and real estate investments into a separate company for real estate development.
The proposals are expected to be delivered this month, to be considered by the upcoming ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.
