Cairo – Mubasher: The shareholders of Arab Dairy Products approved signing contracts with Universal for Paper and Packaging Materials’ (Unipack) for purchasing paper and packaging materials, according to a bourse filing.
Further, the extraordinary meeting gave the green light to entering into an insurance policy with Delta Insurance Company.
Moreover, the ordinary meeting ratified amending articles no.7, 8, 22, 29, 41, 56 of the memorandum.
