Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Drug Co reported a 14.41% year-on-year profit increase during the first nine months of fiscal year 2018/2019.
The company has recorded a net profit of EGP 31.7 million in the period from July 2018 to March 2019, versus EGP 27.7 million in the same period a year earlier, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.
Revenue surged to EGP 325.446 million during the nine-month period of the current fiscal year, versus EGP 293.19 million in the prior-year period, the company added.
It is worth noting that Arab Drug previously reported a net profit of EGP 37.65 million for the July-February period of FY18/19, versus EGP 33.13 million in the corresponding period of FY17/18.
