Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Arab Engineering Industries approved paying out cash dividends at EGP0.38 a share, totaling EGP2.2 million, according to Mubasher calculation.
The OGM also agreed on the board’s report, the election of three-year board of directors as well as the distributable gross profit of EGP6.9 million.
The company’s profit for 2015 dropped 38% year-over-year to EGP2.8 million from EGP4.5 million.
