Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Investment Company has acquired 9.08% of the capital shares of Arabia Investments Holding (AIH).
The company has purchased 122.6 million shares for a total value of EGP 36.95 million at an average price of EGP 0.3 per share, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy that during the first nine months of 2019, of Arabia Investments Holding reported a net profit of EGP 40.5 million, down from EGP 64.33 million in the year-ago period.
