Arab Media Forum kicks off in Dubai on Wednesday

Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Press Club (DPC) on Wednesday announced the launch of the 18th edition of Arab Media Forum at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

 Running from 27 to 28 March, the event is the Arab world’s largest media forum gathering, according to a press release.

Held under the theme “Arab Media: From Now to the Future”, the two-day event will highlight the region’s leading media groups across the mediums of print, television, and digital. 

It will host several panel discussions and talks in a bid to further boost the changing the Middle East’s media landscape. 

Moreover, the event will host up to 75 speakers and 200 prominent media figures representing more than 20 countries from across the Arab region and the world.

The current edition aims to cast light on the current state of the media and the impact of regional and global events on the media discourse, especially with regards to professional media values like objectivity and impartiality, according to the press.

The high-profile event will explore a range of new trends that have contributed to advancing the industry, in addition to showcasing cutting-edge technologies that will play a key role in the global development of the industry.
