Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Moltaqa Investments said its board of directors gave go ahead to selling its whole stake in Alex Converta for Paper Industries.
The company will sell its 7.6% stake in the paper-manufacturing firm for EGP 2 million, according to a bourse statement.
Previously, Arab Moltaqa divested its stake in Mena Pharm for EGP 59.405 million.
