Cairo – Mubasher: Arabia Holding Group is looking to invest EGP 1 billion in its flagship project Sun Capital in Giza during 2019, the company’s chairman said.
The property developer has already obtained the licences of 41 buildings and is nearing to get another 37 licences within days, Tarek Shoukry added on the sidelines of a press conference in Cairo.
The group is preparing the designs of nearly 57 villas and townhouses, upon which total licences reached 135, he highlighted.
Shoukry indicated that the company aims to achieve EGP 3.7 billion from the project since the sale started in April 2017.
Sun Capital is located in Giza near the Grand Egyptian Museum and the pyramids of Giza and is set to have 14,000 units.
