Cairo – Mubasher: Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investment Holding Co. said its board of directors has approved in principle the study presented by Beltone Financial for Securities Management in respect to splitting the company.
Earlier, Arabia Investments has appointed Beltone Financial for Securities Management to determine the feasibility of the splitting process.
Arabia Investments pointed out that it will hold another board of directors meeting to discuss the measures and the methodology of the splitting process.
