Cairo – Mubasher: Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investment Holding Co. plans to separate its different activities to two independent entities, said board member Aham Hamam.
One of the two entities will be specialized in the vehicles and the financial investments, while the other will be specialized in the contracting and energy activities.
Earlier, the company said its board of directors has approved in principle the study presented by Beltone Financial for Securities Management in respect to splitting the company.
