Cairo – Mubasher: Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investment Holding said it board of directors approved the proposal of raising its issued capital for the second time by EGP 209.8 million.
The company will raise its capital this time from EGP 440.24 million to EGP 650 million.
Arabia Investments turned to profitability in the third quarter of 2017 as it reported net profits of EGP 12.3 million.
