Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Cement said Sunday that the board of directors appointed Ibrahim Sulaiman Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi as the new chairman, according to a bourse filing.
This decision is effective from 21 September until 31 December 2017.
This step came after Abdullah Mohammed Al-Eissa resigned for personal circumstance, the bourse filing revealed.
