Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Cement Company uncovered its interim financial results for the third quarter of 2019.
Net profits after zakat and tax surged by 320.8% to SAR 60.6 million in Q3-19, compared to SAR 14.4 million in Q3-18, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
Revenues of the Saudi-based firm rose by 64.1% to SAR 193.5 million during the three-month period ended September, from SAR 117.9 million in the same period last year.
For the first nine months of 2019, Arabian Cement achieved net profits worth SAR 135.1 million, against losses of SAR 42.5 million in the corresponding period of 2018.
The firm generated SAR 547.3 million in revenues in a nine-month period, up 28.6% to SAR 425.4 million in the same period of the prior year.
Profit per share recorded SAR 1.35 by the end of September, against a loss per share of SAR 0.43 in September 2018.
