Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Cement on Monday announced that the company’s shareholders had approved distributing a cash dividend of SAR 1 per share for 2018 during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held the previous day.
Dividends, that will be paid from the company’s retained profits, are to be distributed on 25 April for shareholders registered at the end of the second trading day following the EGM date, the cement producer said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
For the full-year 2018, Arabian Cement reported net losses of SAR 26.2 million, against SAR 262.7 million in net profits in 2017.
