Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Cement’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved on Sunday, 3 December, distributing exceptional cash dividends on shareholders from the retained profits at SAR 2 per share.
Total distributions reached SAR 200 million, dividends will be distributed among shareholders and investors by the end of the second trading day following the maturity date, according to a statement on Monday to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Eligibility will be for shareholders registered in the group’s register at the depository centre, and distributions will take place on Tuesday, 19 December through Riyad Bank.
The stock rose 1.5%, closing at SAR 35.12 on Sunday.
