Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Cement Co. said the construction works in the grinder facility in Rabigh is still ongoing.
The facility is expected to start commercial operations on the fourth quarter of 2017, said a bourse filling.
The Saudi cement producer noted that it is difficult to determine the financial impact of the new facility, since it depends on the supply and demand of the cement market.
