Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Centres Company’s shareholders have approved the issuance of Sharia-compliant Sukuk worth up to $1 billion, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday.
The Sukuk may be offered through various single or multiple issuances domestically and/or internationally in any currency, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
