Riyadh-Mubasher: Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. said the board approved on Tuesday appointing Bassem Ouda as CEO, effective from 1 January 2016.
Ouda replaces John Clifford Davis who submitted his resignation earlier today, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
