Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) decided not to distribute dividends for fiscal year (FY) 2019 following a recommendation from the company’s board of directors.
It also discharged the board from liability for 2019 and approved the financial statements and auditors’ report for 2019, according to a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.
Moreover, the OGM approved granting a remuneration worth SAR 1.2 million to board members for 2019.
