Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding appointed Boyd Merrett as the CEO of Arabtec Construction, according to a bourse statement.
Boyd will assume his role as CEO of the wholly owned subsidiary of Arabtec in July 2017.
Arabtec’s stock fell 9.04% to AED 0.755, its lowest level in five years, generating AED 55.62 million from the exchange of 71.22 million shares.
