Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding’s board has elected Mohamed Thani Murshed Al Rumaithi as chairman during a meeting held on Wednesday.
The board also elected Mohamed Hamad Al Mehairi as vice chairman, according to a bourse statement.
The Dubai-based developer’s board approved the financial statements as at 31 March 2018.
Arabtec Holding’s net profit ballooned 261% in the first quarter of 2018, registering AED 63.6 million.
