Arabtec advances after winning AED 2bn contract

Dubai – Mubasher: The Arabtec share appeared in green in Monday’s early trading, in contrast to the trend of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) which opened in the red zone.

The share rose 2.6% to AED 1.19, with 78.75 million shares exchanged at AED 65.58 million.

Aldar Properties announced today that it awarded a contract worth AED 2 billion to Dubai's Arabtec to build 1,017 luxury villas in the United Arab Emirates capital, as part of its West Yas project.
