Dubai-Mubasher: Arabtec Holding disclosed the list of candidates for the election of two board members, according to a bourse statement.
The candidates are Tariq Al Mehairbi and Ghanam Al Mazrouei, the company said, adding that the elections will be held on 1 June.
The shareholders gave the go-ahead on 20 April to increase the number of board members.
