Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding said Thursday that its board of directors ratified the appointment of Hamish Tyrwhitt as the company’s chief executive officer.
During its meeting on Wednesday, the board also approved the minutes of the previous board, in addition to the reports and recommendations of the board committees, according to a bourse statement.
