Arabtec appoints new board members

 

Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding’s board approved on Monday the appointment of new members, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

The board accepted Mohamed Al Fahim’s resignation from the board and appointed Jamal Saeed Al Nuaimi as a replacement in both the board and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the company said.

Arabtec appointed Ghannam Butti Al Mazrouei as a member of the Audit Committee to replace Mohamed Al Mehairi, while Tariq Ahmed Al Masaood Al Mehairbi was appointed as part of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and as a replacement for Khalifa Abdulla Al Romaithi.

By 10:12am UAE time, Arabtec’s stock on the DFM declined 0.7% to AED 1.39, following a turnover of AED 948,850 as 682,620 shares were traded.
