Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding announced on Wednesday the appointment of Gavin Appleby as a managing director of its wholly owned subsidiary Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Company (EFECO).
Appleby will assume his responsibilities on 28 May 2017, according to a bourse filing.
