Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding has invited on Wednesday, 3 May, all shareholders to subscribe to its AED 1.5 billion rights issue.
The subscription period will begin on 15 May until 28 May.
The rights issue will be conducted through the issue of tradable securities to the company’s shareholders registered at the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on 11 May 2017 (the eligibility date), with the amount of one right for every 3.0767 shares held on the said date.
The last day to buy the shares with the rights will be on 9 May 2017.
The last date of allocation is set at 5 June, while refunds shall be completed no later than this date.
