Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding’s board of directors (BoD), in a meeting held on Monday, accepted the resignation of Mohamed Al-Fahim from his position as acting chief executing officer, and replaced him with Saeed Al-Mehairbi.
Al-Fahim will remain a member in the company’s BoD, according to a statement by Arabtec, the biggest construction company in the UAE, according to a statement released on Tuesday.
