Dubai-Mubasher: Arabtec Holding said it has postponed the board meeting to 18 February due to lack of quorum, for the second time, according to a bourse statement.
Earlier, the company, which is listed on Dubai bourse, had scheduled its board meeting on 8 February meeting for 11 February to discuss the financial statements of the fiscal year 2015.
Until 11:30 am Dubai local time on Sunday’s session, the stock grew 0.91% to settle at AED 1.1, after 13.7 million shares were exchanged with a value of AED 15.25 million.
