Cairo - Mubasher: Arabtec, Dubai's largest listed construction firm, submitted new offer in respect to its project of building one million units in Egypt, said Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly.
Arabtec's new offer comprises the construction of 13,000 units, added Minister in exclusive statement to Mubasher on the sideline of MEED's Egypt Mega Projects Conference in Cairo.
Elaborated the minister stated that the government is still studying the offer's details.
Last November, Arabtec's Chairman Mohamed Thani Al Rumaithi stated that the company is going ahead with its negotiations with the Egyptian government over the 1 million-unit project in Egypt.
