Dubai-Mubasher: Arabtec Holding said that its board will hold a meeting on 13 June to consider discussions with banks and the company’s major focus in relation to enhancing the company’s capital structure.
The board will also review the minutes of meeting and the board’s recommendations, according to a bourse statement.
