Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding said its board will meet on 1 May to discuss recent updates regarding the recapitalisation programme, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders had earlier approved on 18 April the decision to continue with the company’s operations as well as developments to the recapitalisation programme.
